“The location was Perfect right on the waterfront. The room was clean and spacious our room looked out onto the waterfront Parking was Great and shaded The continental breakfast was lovely”

“We enjoyed the stay, staff seemed to be helpful. We had a problem w/balcony, woke up one morning & water all over it, after they fixed AC/ it became worse. We think a whole new system was needed. Other than that, not a bad place.”

“Everything was good, very clean, however, WiFi reception was terrible, we can barely connect. Also ATT phone reception there was also very bad in that area, so had to live with no internet life for few days.”

“I lived the room and staff were very accommodating. My room did have a small leak from the air conditioning unit in master bedroom which caused a small wet spot on carpet with a slight mildew smell. Other than that, I loved it! I look forward to returning next year.”

“Sono stato tratto in inganno dal marchio Holiday Inn. È stato un inferno! Mi sono fermato due notti e non mi hanno rifatto la camera. Mi hanno proposto un rimborso di 15 dollari. Ho accettato: che alternativa avevo? Mi è stato detto che il personale non era più disponibile. Tra l'altro, al momento della partenza il rimborso proposto il giorno prima non è più stato riconosciuto. Spero che il manager prenda provvedimenti.”

“Our room was steps from the ocean, the convenience was amazing! The pool was great, the room was pretty clean. There was no exhaust fan, sink or mirror in the bathroom and I did empty the dehumidifier in the room 4-5 times a day. There was a microwave and refrigerator but no toaster. Overall, it was a nice place for a great price. The staff was friendly and the location was amazing!”

“Although the staff was friendly, the property seemed on a lower rung compared with other Hampton Inns I have stayed in. The carpets are old, toilet slow to operate and overall maintenance and updating seems overdue. I'm a fan of Hampton Inns in general but this one seemed overpriced and dated.”

“This was our second stay at this hotel. The price is what attracted us. However, the first morning we woke up there was no breakfast at 6 am as advertised; there was fruit loops and pastries from the day before. The night manager was in the back on her phone. She finally got up and started putting some breakfast out and seemed put out that she had to do that. Families with children had to wait as the food came out. “Room was clean, large, very near the beach/pier. It just needed a bit of updating. Several bathroom tiles were cracked and the shower curtain needed replacement. Fridge and microwave were nice amenities and I have to say, there were a lot of electrical outlets which was great. The only con: previous room renters left items behind in the nightstand drawer that we didn’t find until we were looking through drawers as we were leaving—should’ve been found by maintenance staff before the room was...
